Something drew us both into this Pearle Vision location. ( we had passed several other eye glass stores in the mall) We were greeted promptly by staff with smile and \"hello, welcome\". One of the staff members came over and asked if we needed any help.\n\nI was not sure when I had last had my eye tested, and Adria suggested if I wanted to get new glasses she highly recommended me getting an eye exam. Adria was just amazing. This store happens to be attached to an eye clinic as well. She said, just wait here and let me see if they have any room to fit you in, it would be better to have your eyes tested and have the most updated prescription if you are wanting new glasses. I said sure, sounds great- Thank you. She and the eye clinic worked some magic and they fit me in! Being from out of town did not matter. I tried a bigger, newer frame than usual and wasn’t sure about them at first… you know when you get a new pair and need a few days to get used to them? That’s exactly what happened. The team made the whole experience really comfortable - they listened carefully, helped me troubleshoot what I didn’t like, and set clear expectations about potential exchanging. The store manager even suggested nose pads from Amazon and kindly offered to install them. I ended up putting the nose pads on myself, and they completely fixed the issue of the frames touching my cheeks when I smiled. Such a small detail, but it made a huge difference - I love my glasses now and will definitely be coming back! All the girls there were amazing to deal with.
