They are very uncomfortable because they rely on being tight to the skull rather than bend around the ear. “Oh they should have told you but there’s nothing we can do about it now”. Then I bought the insurance so when I came down a year later to replace my lenses that were scratched, they said it will be 2 weeks. I called after 3 weeks, gave my name, and was told they don’t have anything ready yet. I did the same thing for the next 2 weeks, calling once a week. One time they said they’ve shipped and the other time they said they still hadn’t arrived. Finally after my 5th weekly call I get told they’ve been there for a month sitting in the drawer. Last issue, the lens on my sunglasses sticks out of the frame at the bottom. There’s nothing they can do about it. It’s an issue with my prescription they say. I’ve just never had any of these issues at lens crafters and this was my first time trying Pearl Vision. When I went back, they yelled at me and told me I was wrong and to get out. I would NOT recommend this location or even company, Pearle vision. My colleague went to G is for glasses which is a local independent owned and had no issue with insurance. Disgusting operation. My partner said I must have gotten an idiot, turns out they all are.
