I apologized for coming in so late (it was 6:30 and they close at 8pm) and mentioned I had called a couple of times, she then asked why I did not leave a voicemail, no apologies from her end.\n\nI asked if I could get another pair of lenses and she explained I don’t have a prescription with her as my prescription is on the desk next to hers. I asked her if she could access it as she was the store manager, but she said they are separate. I do not know how she expected me to know that considering her store was called Pearle Vision. To top it off, she told me to think of her side of the desk as Walmart, and the lady who helped me last time beside her as McDonalds.\n\nShe then asked me to fill in my own name and phone number on a sticky note myself (after she already pulled me up in the computer system) so they can follow up with me tomorrow to schedule an appointment. I got an appointment the same day. The staff here are very friendly, including the front receptionists, the optometrist that examined me and the person who helped me pick my glasses. I believe his name is Jason. I 100% recommend this place. Very helpful staff and everyone is very friendly.
