They are the kind that are half frames with a nylon filament across the bottom and that is what snapped. I was worried about how I would manage for my trip home the next day. Wendy, the staff member who helped me, was incredibly kind and efficient. Without asking any questions, she took my glasses and returned them fully repaired, which was a huge relief. What impressed me most was that they didn't charge for the repair. She also cleaned them thoroughly. Her excellent service saved me from considering an extended stay or buying new glasses. Thanks to Wendy, I can stick to my original schedule. The service was truly exceptional—12/10!
