We have never regretted our choice. Years ago, I went in with a 4 year old that needed glasses. Debbie advised us to get 2 pairs of the same type of glasses with our BOGO so if he broke both pairs, we could still use them for parts to build another. This happened. A couple of times. The 4 year old is now a 13 year old with bifocals, and she still guided us in the right direction with regards to his needs…appearances are very important at that age. Debbie knows kids, and knows families and it shows! She listens and understands that glasses are an investment for some of us and we are always balancing needs with value and budget. This last pair of glasses have been our least favourite though. They have broken several times in the exact spot. Some type of manufacturer defect. Debbie fixed the issue several times before letting my son pick out a new pair. This did not happen because I got upset, or angry. I just went in looking for a solution. There is something very comforting about dealing with a company that knows when it is just the right thing to do, without being asked. Thank you so much Debbie and team!
