Their attention to detail and genuine interest in helping me find the right fit made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. They also offered excellent suggestions on style and practicality, which I greatly appreciated.\n\nDianne was particularly helpful in explaining the pricing, walking me through how my employee benefits applied, and ensuring everything was transparent. There was no pressure, only professionalism. When I realized how reasonable the pricing was, I decided to also purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses, again with her patient assistance.\n\nBoth Nidhi and Dianne the best in customer service throughout the process. Dianne even helped prepare the benefit documentation for reimbursement, which was greatly appreciated.
