Mom & I went in and found Pearl Vision. There were people in the store. We had to wait, what choice did we have. We were able to observe the employee as he went from one person to another helping each one out. He always had a smile on his face and we could tell by his conversations with them that he was very professional. Finally, it was Mom's turn. Joshua (I saw his name tag-I love it when employees wear them) quickly saw the problem, explained the risks of trying to straighten older metal frames and with our permission he took the glasses to the back. He quickly returned giving my mother her fixed eye glasses. When we asked what we owed him he said \"no charge\".
