Absolutely horrible. I told them I have not worn contacts in 15 years and they charged me $75 for a contact fitting and trial lenses. My very average script took over a month to arrive, and they lied and said they had repeatedly tried to contact me. They did not call me a single time and their email didn't work. They called my partner about him scheduling and sidelined him when he asked about my appointment. They were rude when I called and told me \"we'll call you when they get here.\" After weeks of waiting, I was put on the schedule after coming into the office saying I wanted a refund. When the appointment finally came, they left me alone to put the contacts in by myself with no help. They checked to see if they fit, and they did. My eyes started to get irritated after about 4 hours and because they were completely unhelpful and abandoned me, I couldn't remove the contacts myself, I had to return and wait for them to remove my contacts. When they finally removed my contacts, they said it was my fault there was a \"miscommunication\" and said that if I needed a \"teaching session\" they would have charged me $100 instead weeks ago. I said that they never told me that, asked what I paid $75 for, and reminded that I had told them initially that it has been 15 years since I wore contacts and that I needed to be taught. They then demanded I return the trial contacts. They used my IFHP insurance, so now I can't get another free eye exam for 2 years, and they only had a single pair of unflattering frames covered by IFHP. My vision is now very disorienting and my eyes hurt.
