Yes, pearle helped me downgrade my entire life, and with a smile too! Not just once, twice! With a 4 year gap in between. 2 pairs of glasses each time. However, after being called back to Pearle, It's been explained to me by Dr. Wan that it's not \"Pearle\" that is manufacturing the lenses \"SO\" it's not actually Pearle that is to blame for the poorly made lenses with variable magnification, curvatures and color anomalies present from just below the top of the nose pieces. So, there is only a small slit at the top of the lenses with \"almost proper\" vision. My first honest review was a week ago, It was a 1 star review that was not well written. 12 hours later, I was contacted by the manager who had received a call from the regional manager regarding my review. An appointment was booked for me to verify my prescription by Dr. Wan. The appointment went well. He verified that the initial prescription that he wrote was, in fact, correct. He seemed elated that there hadn't been an error on his part and went on to tell me that all the glasses were tested for accuracy when they arrive. I asked him where on the lens they are checked? He said the very center of each lens.... I watched the lady at the front verify my lenses, it takes literally a few seconds. This is NOT checking lenses!!! It's not effective at determining the quality and consistency of the lenses formation on the entire viewing area! So, after my 3:00 appointment with Dr. Wan I head over to Pearle to see the manager Shawn Golden whom is very busy with customers and remained that way, I stood there for a short period then returned three times over the next hour and a half. There was no change to the scene at all. BUSY!!! I went home expecting that I will hear from him later, or in the next couple days..
