She's very kind, informative and thorough. We've been going to this Pearl Vision for a few years now. The two stars I've left for this review are NOT AT ALL FOR Dr. Wong. She deserves 5 very big, shiny stars! I am however incredibly disappointed with the service we receive when buying glasses at this location. Take your prescription elsewhere. The service is not worth the hassle.\n\nIn late summer we bought my child a new pair of frames and lenses from this location. Two months later we returned for help because the frame had detached from itself and one of the lenses had a large scratch across the surface. I was told we would have to pay out of pocket to replace the frames and repair the lenses. I explained that if the frames they are selling break after 2 or 3 months then it should be covered by Pearl Vision. I was told my child was too rough with them. Huh? These are children's glasses and children sometimes play. How does this woman who works for Pearl Vision know what level of roughness was involved here? Why is she so quick out the gate to blame my child? If Pearl Vision cannot sell a set of children's frames that can withstand a little bit of play time then they shouldn't be selling children's glasses. Instead of blaming your customer for being a kid and having fun, provide a higher quality product or take some ownership over the poor quality product you are selling. Children play, this includes children that wear glasses. I wore glasses throughout my childhood. I jumped in leaves and climbed trees and played sports in them. Didn't break a single pair.\n\nThis was the 2nd time in as many years that I have received attitude and an unhelpful response from the staff that fit the glasses. Last year with a different pair we went in because my child's frames were crooked the man refused to make an adjustment.
